Returns, Exchanges and Refunds
Course Policy
Due to limited seating, we request that you cancel at least 72 hours before a scheduled class. This gives us the opportunity to fill the class seat. You may cancel by phone or via email. If you have to cancel your class, we offer you a credit to your account if you cancel before the 72 hour window, but do not offer refunds. You may use these credits towards any future class date. However, if you do not cancel before the 72 hour window you will lose the payment for the class. The owner has the only right to be flexible here for extenuating circumstances.
Product Policy
Your satisfaction is our top priority. If you are unsatisfied with your product, please see below for specific policies to determine if your product is eligible for return, as some of our products have individual return policies. Always have your order number and product available for any returns or defective products.
Facemasks and any other opened or used products are not available for return due to health considerations.

If you are unhappy with any unopened and unused product and wish to initiate a return, contact us via email within 30 days of delivery for a full refund or exchange by emailing
thelashcollaboration@gmail.com. Refunds will be issued after the return has been received and inspected to ensure the products were not used or tampered with. Please have your order number and product ready and available when contacting us in this regard. Please note, The Lash Collaboration is not responsible for covering the cost of shipping for returns.

Defective Products
In the unlikely event that you receive a defective product, please contact The Lash Collaboration within 30 days from delivery for a full refund or replacement. All refunds will be credited back to the original payment method. You will be asked to provide a picture of the defective product, please have your order number available upon your initial communication. You may be asked to return the defective product so that we can do further inspections, when this occurs a return label will be provided.

Adhesives
We do not recommend stocking up on adhesives. Adhesives are guaranteed for 30 days after opening. Please contact us via email with any concerns or issues and we will refund or replace your adhesive.

Tweezers
Tweezers can be returned for a full refund or replacement within 30 days of delivery. We will provide a return label (for tweezers only) and issue your refund as soon as the return is with the carrier (please let us know it was dropped off with the carrier to help expedite this process). Providing a refund prior to receiving the returned tweezers is applicable ONLY to tweezer returns.

Shipping Policy
All online orders are processed and packaged within 1-2 business days Monday thru Friday, excluding major holidays. Orders placed on Friday thru Sunday will be fullfilled and shipped the start of the following week.

Product Availability
​
After your order is submitted, if an item becomes out of stock we will ship the items that are in stock and send an email indicating that one of your selected items is temporarily unavailable and you will be refunded for that item. We will notify you once the item is back instock.
